Verizon has been doing some major website updates the past few days and there HAVE been issues and glitches. Be patient, and I am sure it will all get straightened out.

I have two lines and I purchased one on each and had the same problem. Everone told me there SHOULD be a "save as ringtone" or "save as sound" option and there wasn't. On one of my lines the customer service rep had me try three more times from the website (thus sending three more texts and also I think it may be charging me the $2.99 each time). If this really is an issue with the website, then I hope they will either not charge me for either the text messages it created or the cost of the non-existent ringtones. I have already spent three hours with three different reps on this and they all told me different things, this is the only time that I have heard anything about this being a website issue. Why is it that I have only seen people with the Rival talk about this issue?

Okey dokey, editing this to add that I called support and was told to redownload the song. When it shows up on the bill as a duplicate they will edit the amount.

I purchased several ringback tones and do not have them on my phone. I looked at the VZ website and they want a fee to view what I purchased. I am really confused. I have just the ringtone that I purchased but none of the ringbacks. HELP

Ringback tones are not on your phone; they stay on Verizon's servers. And you do pay a monthly fee to have them associated with your phone ($.99 per tone, I believe). You can manage them through your MyVerizon account. Log in and under the Features just hover your mouse over the Ringback tones, and click on Manage when you get the popup.
HTH,
