Question about the so called the new XLTE

I am in one of the city's that has XLTE and my phone is listed as a phone that will work. So my question is do I have to do anything to my phone to be able to use the new 4G? I have a 4GLTE Sim Card do I need upgrade it to a new one or anything?

You don't need to do anything. All the changes occur on the network side of things.

I have to admit I tried it out yesterday in my yard. It was much better than I use to get. Had to remember to turn off my WiFi.
