My son's phone was stolen so we suspended the account. He received a new phone  and tried to activate. First time the ime number was wrong. Then we found that number. Many phone calls with different representatives who would walk you through all these steps and tell you to turn it off and back on. He turns it back on and still no service. Day 5 now and he can' t take care of his business as a truck driver. I am sure I will be billed for the full month but I don't really care about that. The amount of money he has lost due to the fact that he has not had phone service can not be recovered. Each person did the same steps and even some them disconnected when they tried to forward the call to someone else. I don't know what the problem is whether the people are not trained or that they are out sourcing to another country with people who don't give hoot. We are so frustrated that we have no other choice but to find another service.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreicated
