When I merged/joined my spouse’s Verizon account, I no longer had access to my Verizon app. I never received a bill or a phone call.
1) I should’ve never been sent to collections.
2) I paid it in full upon the discovery on my credit report.
3) Verizon confirmed on a recorded line it would be deleted within 30-60 days since June.
4) I still am a valid Verizon customer.
I called every number mentioned-below and spoken to those names mentioned. They all have given me the run around saying to call another number even when the number they’ve told me to call, is the number I called and got them on the phone.
