Ridiculous Customer Service

I've been trying to remove a line that I thought was canceled months ago. I've been trying to get hold of someone to speak with to just cancel a line. 3 times I've tried and nothing but a 30+ minute wait time. I read others complaints about it and they've waited from an hr to two hours! Who has time for that!!!!
I've tried using the chat feature and that's not any different than calling.  I've also emailed a rep twice and not much help from them. All I get is the run around.

This is criminal and I'm contemplating on joining a group that is planning on filing a lawsuit if this doesn't get resolved.
