I have been having my phone on SOS mode on/off for almost 4 months, but now it’s getting worse and annoying. Yesterday I was with a Verizon agent and a tech service tier 2 for four hours and nothing was resolved. They told me reset everything and I had to erase everything on my phone. I did everything they told me and nothing was resolved. They kept asking me for an address where I have this issue, and although I told them my phone can be on SOS mode ANYWHERE for like up to an hour to sometimes never getting service at all and they kept saying the issue was because I have no service only at home and “ Verizon can’t guarantee service indoors”. I don’t know what they did to my phone and now it’s completely on SOS mode, have not had a signal bar since yesterday and today when I went out, I had no service at all!! It’s a annoying and frustrating to be paying for a service that doesn’t allow me to make calls, takes all my calls straight to voicemail and I have to be connected to wifi to receive messages only from the people that have iPhones. Apparently a ticket was submitted to check if there are any network issues in the area, but the two previous Verizon agents told me there were none ! I honestly don’t understand why I have to wait 2-3 days for something that I already know the answer for and the issues of my service is still not resolved.

After yesterday’s “troubleshoot” my phone has been in SOS with no signal whatsoever. I understand that there is a ticket # on regards to the network issues but this is ridiculous. I have zero service , I literally had to connect to wifi at a target to send a message through WhatsApp. Can I go directly to a store or is there anything else to resolve this instead of waiting 3 more days for a response because I have absolutely no service, instead of helping me , it’s now at no service at all!
