Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender Issues

My location on the network extender says "Unavailable"; it has  the blue light solid on the front which indicates it is working properly; i have checked online at it's IP address and it all appears to be set up correctly but the location always says Unavailable; is this normal?

That is not normal, at least for my 4G LTE Extender (model sFemto3).   I have solid GPS satellite connections.  It sounds (blue light on front) like you might have model sFemto2.   Maybe you need to move your antenna.
