Samsung SCH-LC11 constantly turns-off

Has anyone had any luck keeping this device on and running for more than a few minutes? I have three people connected to the network and the device constantly shuts off. This is extremely aggrevating having to reboot the device every few minutes. I'm hoping someone has had some luck with this. I had read on another post that disabling the n-mode and changing the security type to WPA2 (AES) helped the stability, but that's definitely not the case.
I hope someone from Verizon/Samsung can speak to this because this is highly unacceptable for a $300 device.
Btw - it shut off on me twice while typing this.... ridiculous.

Hi Nixx,
I have included the link again. It seems that the "." at the end of the other link made it unviewable. Please try this:

I have finally figured out that when I connect my macbook pro and my iphone my unit shuts off and restarts.
Basically it is a hot spot for one unit.

Have you upgraded firmware to the latest release? I had this problem as well, and it seems better with the newest firmware release.
I do still have the Wifi issue, and single user disconnect issues, and crappy battery life, but the multi-user issue appears to be addressed.
Verizon in store support states that I am the only person in the country with any issues with this device.

There is software update to address this issue with the device powering down with multiple users connected. My guess is the device does not have the newest software loaded. In order to download the latest software, please visit this link: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/SCH-LC11ZKAVZW.
Everyone that I have assisted has confirmed this resolves the issue with multiple devices connected causing the device to reset or power off. I hope this works for you as well. Please let us know if it does.

I have found that when my samsung unit is dead battery wise, that if I plug it in and go to use it right away it won't charge quick enough to overcome the dead battery. Thus will shut off.
I have to charge it half an hour before it will constantly stay on even with it plugged in.
Food for thought.
