Just plugged the unit in after not using for a couple years. Power and WAN lights are blue. GPS light is solid red. Unit is near a window. SYS light is fast flashing red.
Any suggestions?

The SCS-2U01 is an OLD 3G Network Extender. As the 3G network has been sunsetted, so has network service for this extender. You need to upgrade to a 4G LTE Network Extender if you need an extender.

Throw it away. It's obsolete. Verizon should take a trade in on outdated 3G network equip. in my humble opinion. They should replace it with a compatible 5G/4LTE.
