What gives? 8 up 16 down 70ms latency. These speeds are pathetic on what's supposed to be a superior network, at top dollar. This is downtown Seattle, specifically South Lake Union with a strong 4/5 bar signal. I recall several months ago getting numbers in the 20's and up range.
