Smartphone tethering

im having issues with latency with my connection. im useing my moto Q to tether to the internet.(yes i have plan that goes along with it too) i use it mostly for gameing and im not sure why the sudden spike in latency is happeing. can some one please help ?

been a day and still no help... lol i know that its not my computer.. its something with the connection. can anyone help ? iv tryed everything

For what it's worth, I have noticed more latency lately with my tethered connection as well. I have not explanation as to why though.
