For the first time in a very very long time I just got 7 phone calls today from spoofed numbers nearly duplicating my cell phone number, the only last 4 numbers change each time they call telling me my service has been suspended for suspicious activity. I can't take it anymore. Can't block them as they adapt and change the last 4 numbers each time. please help. I am not paying more money for a filter service that doesn't filter anything, been there done that

Unwanted calls are never fun and we want to do all we can to help. I know these can get old quickly. Our Call Filter option is the best solution as it tries to identify likely spam calls and block them. It isn't perfect and won't catch everything but it can help and there is a free tier so you won't have to pay for anything. You can view details at https://www.verizon.com/solutions-and-services/call-filter/ . Outside of that, there is always the option to change your number but I know that is a last resort for most. It is an option though.
