Terrible Cell Phone Reception/Signal Strength

My company has just moved into a new office which spans the entire 4th floor of a building in area code 22009. There is 1 bar of single strength throughout the entire floor, except for 1 conference room where it reaches 2 bars. We often hold training events at our office and as a result have a ton of visitors. It's going to be a huge problem for us if we can't improve the verizon signal strength.

Is there an option to pay a fee to get improved signal strength? Before signing the lease, i did check the coverage re. verizon's coverage map and it showed excellent coverage in this area and at the very specific address.

If there is no way to get the signal improved, what device would you recommend i use to re-broadcast the signal etc? I looked at this signal booster (Samsung Network Extender (SCS-2U01)) but it is limited to 50 people (we have 100 and many have verizon wireless):

I also don't want to have to manage a phone number list etc.

What are your recommendations?

Signal coverage that you viewed on the map is based on outdoor use. Verizon can't guarantee service in any indoor structures. Are you getting 1 bar of 3G service, or 1 bar of 4G service?

If you have the setup, you can get 2 network extenders or find out how many people have Verizon before you do this. "Many" might only be 12 and then you'll have extra spots for more phone numbers. If you hire and fire a lot you could dump all the numbers quarterly and have everyone who is still there reconnect.

You have already listed all your options, there isn't anything that can be done about the structure, or about the fact that it seems to affect your signal strength. Something to note is that the signal boosters do best facing South, so if you go that route I would make sure you have a Window that points in that direct and near where you would do your internet set up.

The signal coverage is in the building, but it is 1 bar in the corner office where it is mostly clear windows if that makes a difference. I don't know if the one bar is for 3G or 4G as it just shows the 1 out of 5 dots and the word Verizon on it next to the dots.

What device do you have? It should say next to the bars if you're getting 1x, 3G or 4G service. Strange.

As far as the setup, I mean there are some factors to take into account; how fast of internet speed will you have? Do you have a second location to put the extender where it will be able to plug into the router? It doesn't have a far range so it seems like you'd want it in the middle, but the extenders perform best facing south at a window, is that doable?

Out of curiosity, did you have anyone else go to the building with you that has Verizon service?
