Since yesterday there has clearly been an issue in my area with text messages between iPhone users and android users with different providers (meaning no issue when it’s 2 Verizon customers, only when one isn’t Verizon.) I have several friend/family with different accounts who have noticed as well. I’ve reached out twice so far to get this reported. It’s clearly a network issue not a device issue and I’m not going to go through trouble shooting my phone so an inexperienced technical support representative can fill in the blanks on their flow chart. This should already have been a known outage at this point. Verizon needs to do better
