Tired of dealing with incompetent Verizon customer support. Promised rebate and promos if I switched from Sprint have not been delivered. I have contacted support 4-5 times and always promise to resolve and get back to me. Never do.
Time to contact the FCC and the state Attorney General. Anyone have experience with either? This is pretty obvious fraud.

I have had a very similar experience with switching from Sprint to Verizon. I brought 4 lines back to Verizon and was told when I picked up the phones locally that the $200 x 4 gift cards would be automatic after 1-2 bill cycles. By the time I reached out I was told the time frame to apply for my rebate had expired. I have reached out on the phone, chat, instagram, and Facebook and I keep getting told that Verizon can’t do anything after that 30 days expired. Verizon can do more to help. The only reason I switched is that the numbers made sense IF I used the gift cards to pay off one of my devices. Now I am stuck with a higher bill than I budgeted for because Verizon won’t honor the deal I switched for.
I work in procurement for a large employer and I won’t forget this the next time I need to make a decision on carriers as we add lines.

Yes Verizon sales promises one thing but does not deliver. I hope that the FCC does investigate.
