I just upgraded from an Apple iPhone 11 Pro to a 14 Pro because Verizon was running a deal where they offered $800 for my 11 Pro as a Trade-In. In the past I have received the trade-in kit with the new phone in the same package but I did not get that this time with the new phone. Does the trade-in kit ship separately now and when can I expect it? I can’t find anything in my account about it.
