I'm in an area that should be blanketed in 5G UW according to Verizon, just outside of Nashville TN. However when I'm at home I get less than 5mbps on speed tests, and sometimes less than 1 mbps. this is outside, inside, doesn't matter.
It won't even connect to the 5G UW network in most places in my city even if I am actively using an application that uses a lot of data like Apple Music, Youtube, or a speed test.
I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro with the latest software update, 5G set to auto most of the time with it set to 5G on when I was most frustrated with the network coverage being a complete joke.
Verizon needs to put their money where their mouth is, because this service is a joke right now.
Phone: iPhone 14 Pro
iOS version: 16.3 at time of first test, 16.4 at time of writing this and getting a whopping 0.94 Mbps with 370ms ping on "5G"
Carrier version: 53 at time of first test, 54.0.1 currently
5G set to Auto

General_M, we understand the importance of staying connected and are concerned to hear you are having issues. To clarify, are you having issues with calls and texts in addition to data? How long have you been experiencing service issues?

I only joined Verizon a few days ago, so the entire time I've had the service. The issue is primarily with data, which is virtually the only thing that matters today anyway.

Cool, don't worry about ignoring this one guys, I submitted a complaint to the FCC about the map being a lie.
