Verizon LTE website not connecting

Autotrend
Newbie

I am having a major issue.   I cannot get anyone to help me so I am writing on here.   I have a website that I run and I cannot check any emails or the website itself on Verizon LTE network in the Los Angeles area.  The San Fernando Valley to be exact.    I have had people use there Verizon cell phones and they to are unable to connect using Verizon LTE.  Other cities it's working fine   On All other major cell carriers the website and emails work and it also works with  wifi and direct cable modem connection because we are not using the Verizon LTE anymore.

I have ran a trace route using my cellphone and it gets hung up.   Verizon needs to find out why traffic being passed through their router 69.83.180.116 is not being forwarded to the next hop when attempting to access my website. They may have a router misconfigured to drop your traffic.  My website name is www.autotrend.com

Please someone fix this

Hello Autotrend! Let's get down to the bottom of this for you! I wanted to first clarify are these concerns pertaining to your Verizon Wireless or Verizon landline/Fios service? What zip code are you located in? If this is for Verizon Fios services, I would recommend reaching out to them directly at http://spr.ly/6580BDAYG Thanks!

Hi

It is happening from many zip codes in my area!

The one that I am at now is 91304. It does not work on Verizon Wireless LTE network.

I can give you the IP address of my phone and the IP address of my website if you run a trace route from my phone or any Verizon wireless phone in my area it won't connect.

Autotrend, this would have me concerned as well if your page was not accessible. Definitely want to make sure you are able to reach it when needed. One thing that may help is to check to see if your site is IPv6 compatible. I have encountered a similar situation once before, and this was something that I noticed.

What devices are you using to connect to the internet? (Make/Model)

Wondeful information Autotrend! For now, we won't take the IP addresses as of yet but let's continue on. How long has this been happening? Does it ever show 4G on your device? Is this happening everywhere? Do you currently have a case on your device?

It is only happening in the area I live in. The San Fernando valley. One zip code is 91304 for sure doesn't work for your reference . It works on every other Cell phone carriers Phone. T mobile - Sprint and AT&T has no issues connecting on thee 4g network.

I don't understand why know one is understanding the situation. It is not just happening on my phone. It is happening on every Verizon phone in my area showing 4g or LTE. I ran a trace route from my phone and the website is getting hung up

Here is the results when I ran a trace route thru Verizon LTE as you can see it is getting hung up on line #2. You need to check that IP address out and find out why we are being hung up.

I appreciate the additional information provided Autotrend. I have tested the website on a 4G device here and it worked successfully without any errors. What make and model phone are you using? Is this the only website in you are experiencing difficulties with accessing from your handset?

Thank You,

Where did you test it from? What location? I know it works in other areas! had friends of mine test it Texas, Las Vegas and San Diego. The issue is in the San Fernando Valley area in California it's not making it to the domain name. I am using an Apple iPhone 6 plus with most updated software. I have also tried it on an IPhone 5, iPhone 6 and a Samsung Galaxy S5

The issue is not the phone. The issue is it's clearly not making it to my websites domain name. I should this on a trace route.
