Today while chatting with an agent about something unrelated to my plans she apparently changed all my plans without telling me - I found out through an email from Verizon Fios!
Now I cannot get in touch with anyone to reverse what they did (one of the plans is a grandfathered plan) and I lost some of my discounts with FIOS
Throughout the chat she was giving me wrong information that I was correcting her on. At this point I want them to reverse everything they did!

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 phone and request they start an inactive pricing request to restore your plans to the previous ones. You need to do this with 14 days of the original change or otherwise it will be permanent.
