Verizon customer website and service

There are few, if any, websites as difficult to use as the Verizon site and nothing more frustrating than dealing with so called customer service staff, who are poorly trained and less than empathetic to customers. I dare Verizon to start sending out customer satisfaction surveys to get a pulse on the anger their customers are feeling. I refuse to buy any Verizon products as a result.

Verizon is the worst and they know it so they make it impossible to provide feedback.
