Verizon Sales representative told me I would get the buy one get one deal for valentines promo and I even change my plan and new line of service. A month later, learned that I will be paying for both phones now! I spoke with two agents and states I did not qualify for promo! Agents told me they can’t do anything about it which is totally unacceptable. @vzw_customer_support
