Suddenly I cannot call my mom. When I dial her number it rings one time and says the caller has not set up their voicemail. Others can call her no problem. She does not have a voicemail box set up and we do not want her to. She is barely able to answer the phone. Verizon support says she either has her phone off or left the area. Neither is the case. Can anyone help?
