WRONG CALLER ID

I have a Ring Central VOIP number. The weird thing is the caller ID is our previous name, yet every other cell carrier has the listing correct. For some reason Verizon still has it listed under First Command.  

How do we change it to our current name (which has been in effect since 2016)?  Please email so we know what to do.  Your automated customer service line is useless.
