Is there somewhere online that I can report a data coverage issue or a number to call?

You could post the zipcode here and call verizon on the phone. Just in case others near you experience the same.

dilbertaz, I want to make sure that you are getting the best connection we have to offer. I was able to review the area and it looks like you should have stellar service. Are you having issues only indoors or outdoors as well? What kind of device do you have? Are you having issues with just data or with voice/text as well? Please keep us posted.

Coverage at Mountain View High School at this intersection is almost non-existent both indoors and outdoors, my daughter says she does get service in one building that is close to Thornydale otherwise pretty much unusable. In traveling to/from Mexico this past week we had far better 4G coverage in the vast expanses of open highway than she gets at school, I realize open expanse is easier to get coverage but sad that we were literally in the middle of nowhere on reservation lands with excellent coverage when in town coverage is not so great (even at my house lucky to get a single bar, maybe two outside, 1 mile from the school). She doesn't make calls while at school and texting seems to work well enough to be usable.

We appreciate all the additional details, dilbertaz. I'm glad you were able to receive stellar service on your trip. There's a lot of factors that can contribute to signal variations in one area that may not effect another but we do have a great Network Team that's always on the look out for places we need to improve. Indoors, however, will be a bit tricky since many of those factors will be beyond our control. Since you mentioned this happens outdoors as well as about a mile away, when did this service difficulty begin? If you visit www.speedtest.net from the area, what are your speed results?

We are new to Verizon so it is not new just new to us. Sprint actually worked a little better on the school campus. At my house about a mile away outside using speedtest mobile app (ookla) I get ping of 79ms, 2.13Mbps Down and 3.11Mbps Up right now, inside 571ms 0.11Mbps 1.77Mbps. I'll have to have my daughter run the speedtest around the school and see what happens. Data coverage at my house isn't a big deal since I have wifi but call quality isn't great and it is the only way I have of making calls at my house.
