Oct 2022 I ported over 3 devices and traded in 3 iPhone 11’s to preorder our desired new 14’s. Once we received the phones I called to make sure everything was good to go with the trade ins I was assured I would be receiving $200.00 per line in gift cards to spend at the Verizon store. A week later I called back due to the $22.22 credit I was supposed to receive was not applied. So I asked where my devices were, well they lost them. 3 hours later while on and off hold they found them on a desk somewhere. Long stories short it’s Feb 2023 and I have still yet to receive the bill credit or the three $200.00 gift cards.
