Why can't I report service outages 24 hrs a day 7 days a week? Do people who work night shift not need to depend on their phones? I tried finding solutions on the website and it kept taking me to a chat session that was not working due to being outside of "regular" business hours. Phone service is a 24/7 operation and the customers need to be treated as such!
