This just happened to me. Here the crazy part in my situation: I had been paying 175/mo with a phone being paid off. Finished paying off phone, bill dropped $20. Now, after two months, they raised my bill by $20 for my unlimited plan as well. When I called the rep said I can get down to my target price by changing my plan. Now I don't have mobile hotspot.

Just happened to me too. I’m set up for auto pay. I’m going to switch to another provider. Verizon has been good but my house has always been spotty for coverage.

I'm going to start researching the fact that Verizon did not notify customers about the increase, and should they? I urge other Verizon Customers to do the same.
