Why does Verizon not honor it’s promos and why does noone here know anything about anything?

First off, ive been a customer of this company for 4 years and never has any company, ever, gotten me to a breaking point like it has to deal with ANYONE from this company. I am naturally a very patient person but man is this company a whole other level of terrible (this is even compared to the nastiness of Xfinity). The service, customer support, knowledge, etc is the worst available on the market (this is NOT and exaggeration by any means). Ive had miltiple 2 hour calls with nothing resolved, through customer support and retention reps, how the F do you advertise promos online and on your app and a rep tell you that the promo isnt available, they dont know how to apply it. This isnt just one promo, multiple. Not to mention that their billing system is an absolute mess and if you call any line, you need to sit on a hold for over an hour listening to the same elevator music… really?? Does verizon know that theres a thing called call back nowadays… a gas station prepaid phone is more reliable than this company. I need to go to an online forum to hopefully get a call back from someone at this joke of a company
