I live in the 01370 area code and within the last couple of weeks both of my cell phones that have Verizon Wireless service have fewer "bars" of coverage. I used to have at least 4 bars all of the time. Now for both phones it is down to 1 or 2 and I can't even hold a conversation. This will need to be rectified or I will have to switch providers. It makes no sense - I can see the cell tower from our main road.

My calls are broken and dropped all of the time. My texts are slow to go out. My husband has ATT and he has great service at our location.
What is Verizon going to do about this?
