Worsening Service

I have noticed our service worsening in the last year.
I used to use a MiFi Puck for working remotely at home and now it won’t give off a strong enough signal to allow me to work. I also drop a lot of calls.
This is not acceptable, how can service be getting worse?

I've noticed that as well for at least 2wks. I'm considering changing carriers due to this issue.
