I didnt know which category to put this in.
I went through the contract renewal process on line today with someone on online chat.
Everything seemed to go fine, but he told me that I would receive an email with my order number and info about my renewal. That was 6 hours ago and no email. How do I know everything went through. It would be considerably more expensive to pay for my bundle without a contract. I have my order number because it was on the renewal process, but there is no link for me to contact if this does not go through.

You need to call Verizon and see if the order has been processed.

I was told some people are bit eligible for a contract (no reason given) I currently have the ultimate package, phone and internet plus my cell phone. My bill is almost 300 dollars a month but they dont want to give me a contract or a reason
