familybase notifications

familybase used to notify my "parent" line quickly with 2 texts when a "child" called 911. first that "a line on your account dialed" and then a text with which line dialed.  now the option seems to be notify by email (though I did get a non-specific VZW company type text LONG AFTER the event). I really prefer text. Can the text alert for a 911 call be reinstated?

sherrydPCFL,

We want you to be the first to know if your child is calling 911.  When one of your end users dials 911, Familybase Controls feature has are then suspended an must be reinstated by signing into you’re my Verizon Account.  You can click on the link to get started.  http://bit.ly/xB4iTc

Thank you so much for checking this for us sherrydPCFL. With checking the information  it shows that the child line would need to download the Family Base Companion application to get the alerts as text messages. It will send alerts when 911 is called via text as well as if app is removed. Do you have this downloaded on the child phone already?
