Hello Bomck423.
I'm sorry to learn that your service was suspended and now your devices are not connecting properly. After the lines were reconnected did you power the devices off and back on? Please power off your tablet and remove the SIM card to refresh the network connection. http://vz.to/1jB9bE2

Yes I heard them off and back on and I already did that with the sim card
on my tablet I was on the phone for 1 hour and 30 minutes with technical
support they had me do every single troubleshooting techniques there is.
Bottom line is Verizon Wireless screwed up my tablet when they disconnected
my service for no reason also my phones are stuck on 3G. Hopefully it gets
resolved soon or I'm leaving verizon I heard AT&T doesn't treat their
customers like this

Well its funny Verizon does not want to see me go but yet my phones still
drop calls all the time I was on the phone with customer service yesterday
it is a matter of 10 minutes three times the call was dropped I was told I
would get a inconvenience credit and they said it was $15 I laughed that's
a slap in the face. to offer me $15 and I'm supposed to pay for service im
not getting like 4G and a working tablet.
