I've been with Verizon for well over a decade now. I've been through several phones and have always been quite satisfied with the service. In roughly 13 years, I may have had 2 dropped calls. Since I moved to the iPhone 5 a few weeks ago, dropped calls are the norm. Yesterday, it dropped 9 times in a single conversation - highly annoying to say the least.
I'm always able to call the person right back, but the drops are ridiculous. Any suggestions? At this point, as much as I love some aspects of the iPhone, I'm dying to have my old flip phone back so I can reliably make and receive phone calls.

This very strange! Let's explore options to bring the service reliability to the level you have come to expect from us. Do you have a case on your phone? If so, remove phone from the case, power off/on to reset connection and test. Also, reset network settings http://vz.to/OPvlTr and test. Keep us posted.
