license error, unable to play!

I have a casio G'z one Boulder.  I have downloaded Vcast Rhapsody, and sync'ed my music (ripped from CD's) to the phone, via the USB cable.  In the Vcast-My Music screen, the sync'ed music shows up, but will not play.   A license error pops up and it also says unable to play.  My songs are  .wma format and they play on the Verizon/Rhapsody site.  Can anybody help me?
