I am wondering if anyone has had issues with online support. My phone died over the weekend - no possible way of accessing anything past the initial screen. I have insurance for my phone, called the Asurion number (fortunately I have access to a land line!)what do people do who only have their cell!) only to get the response that they would send a message to my phone. Wait a minute, my phone is dead! I went into myverizon and proceeded with steps for a claim again directed to the same aforementioned message! I went to a Verizon store due to my frustration. There was only 1 salesperson who said they would be busy for 1-2 hrs with a current customer but perhaps I would like a new phone and could return. I really wanted to see if my phone could be fixed or replaced. I was able to use my husband's business phone to finally contact Verizon. What would someone do if they don't have a Twitter account/messenger or access to a phone? Fortunately I did. This should be easier.
