Call 800-922-0204 for support, 888-483-7200 for the Fraud department or 800-392-0717 to remove a line permanently.
We're sorry to hear you're having so much trouble, but there's a bit more we'd need to know about on this. When you say that a phone number has been stolen, are you referring to the phone itself that uses that number, or something else? If the physical phone has been stolen, then suspending it as lost/stolen would be the first step, as that also locks the phone itself.
