setup call forwarding from landline?

Hi, I have lost my cell phone (temporarily, I hope!). Is there any way to set up the call forwarding feature from my home landline phone or from another cell phone on the same plan?

Call forwarding from your cell phone to another # can only be set up directly on the device (that you lost) or by calling customer service to have them set it up manually. Call forwarding will not work if you have the line suspended as Lost/Stolen, so keep this is mind.
