HI there, wondering what else I can do?
I've called repeatedly, even had 2 Verizon stores helping me and several calls, probably over 10. This is a nightmare!
July 1 - called customer service 800#, ordered 7 phones. 7 phones on a trade in your phone promotion for a new iphone or Android.
July 3rd, received phones but nothing else, no info on how to port numbers over from ATT. no box. bag. nothing. the CSP had said it takes a couple days but then it'll just happen. well that didn't happen so I called, he processed it incorrectly. This nice lady got my phones ported over. all is working. July 22nd, I went to the Verizon store in town, bc I was going to turn in my phones. They couldn't take them but gave me a return label so I could drop them off at Fed Ex. Okay I did that. Called a few times and they said oh, it takes a month or 2 until your bill is credited. We are now into month 3, I go into store, they try to help, get nowhere. Finally in January, the store manager called me and said my original order was processed wrong, it was not done as a trade in. and the phones were never received or were received but never credited. no one can find these phones! And I no longer can find the Fed Ex shipping receipt. It's been a mess. I called again tonight and am told, they have not received phones. I was on this call over an hour. Not to mention that was 7 phones that are lost in Verizon space somewhere and I am paying a phone fee for 6 of those phones, so like $200 or more on my bill then there should be. you'd think they would at least give me a B1G1 deal or something for all this hassle. but nothing! and they act like this $540 monthly bill is no big deal for us and that we'll be reimbursed from date of purchase. but I'm still trying to pay this huge bill every month. BC if I can't, i'll get turned off or extra late fees, etc. Tonight the CSR told me, it would be another 10-15 days while they look thru my account and try to figure out the issues. BC their history only goes back 6 months. and his supervisor was on the line with him or next to him.
