Dear support,
 
I have trade in 2 of my old devices
 
1. iPhone XS 64 GB Gold for $ 22.91 monthly credit ($550 trade in value) Device already turn to verizon and I am not getting $22.91 credit on my bill 
 on request  I can provide the tracking number of UPS 
 
 2. iPhone XS Max 64 GB Gold for cash value $550 to my paypal account but they transferred only $309 to my account, I receive confirmation email station that final trade in value is $550
 
I called the trade-in team, I am really sorry to inform you that the behaviour or the representative is very unacceptable and rude. I am feeling it is a kind of trap from Verizon to get the customer and cheat them attached email confirmation for both the trade in and per UPS tracking both the devices are received by Verizon.
 
also as per the sales representative my data plan should be $30 for 3 lines and $40 for another 2 lines and 20 % teachers discount ,  but Verizon is billing me $10 extra on each line totaling $50 with no discount on it and they are not willing to change it. 
 
Can you please look into those issue?

I have not received my trade in credit or anything for 5 months now. When I tried to talk to a Verizon Agent in February,  I was told it will appear on the March billing cycle. When I tried to talk to a Verizon Agent in March via "Live Chat" online, I was told it will appear on the April billing cycle. When I tried to talk to a Verizon Agent today via "Live Chat" online, I get no response... legit says "Hi there! I'm a live representative, How can I help?" and I stated my problem... no response. It has been 45 minutes now... So, @techin , did @vzw_customer_support  ever actually resolve this, or do I need to file with small claims court to try to recoup my money or recoup my old phone?

I have the same problem

Trade in was received Jan 19, 2021.

As of April24, the phone has still not been assessed and of course no rebate

called in March and was told by a rep named England that it would be resolved by April billing cycle and she would call me personally to check and see that it was resolved. I told her I didn’t believe her and she told me her supervisor checked up on these complaints.

Still no call, no rebate, forcing another useless call to a number called customer service. Still waiting on hold

I have been a Verizon subscriber for at least 20 years but that doesn’t seem to matter

I'm having same issue. Received notification that trade-in was accepted and I should be receiving monthly credit but after several months, nothing. Have had several chats where agents verify the credit and state to wait a month or two but still no credit. Please help.

SAME ISSUE!  Had a grandfathered unlimited plan they talked me into "upgrading" to get a trade in credit.   Took my phone, gave me a new higher priced plan and NO CREDIT has posted in months!  There should be a class action lawsuit on this considering how many posts im seeing about this issue.

I've been calling monthly to resolve our trade-in program credits.  Each month they say the "fixed" it, but each month, guess what, nope.  We traded in two phones, one phone credit is working fine, the other, nope...no credit.  On hold right now making my 5th call in as many months to resolve the credit issue.

Verizon needs to get it's act together on this trade in program!  It's an absolutely customer service nightmare.

Verizon made it look like we got all our monies BUT when it came down to it, all they did was give us a couple "free months to out lines. Nothing more! Beware!

I have exactly the same problem. Pixel 4LX traded in at the end of May, trade in show received but no evaluation yet (we are 1 month in).

There is also a confused history associated with the status - at some point the  trade-is is marked as received but not as expected, some days after, it is marked as received. 

I have been 3 times in touch with Verizon support and what I was told is that at some point they will take care of it and that I should get back if I will not see the trade in value present in my future bills.

This look like a fraud to me - I traded in a $$ expensive and still valuable device, I can't get the status of it, I can't have it back and I can't have my trade-in value back. In the meantime I bought a new phone from Verizon that I'm paying for and I based my decision on the fact that I was counting on the trade-in value.

Worst experience I ever had with Verizon so far. This trade-in process is completely broken.

Same problem. Spoke with the agent and they told me that box just sitting at the warehouse, need to wait for more...but he cannot find my trade-in info, even asked for the UPS tracking #. The first weird thing -they provided paid label with a tracking #. Second - the agent found only my old trade-in (6 or 7 years ago). They really don't even know trade-in info and even that I activated my new device a long time ago. Something wrong with their system and they don't know how to resolve this ... I'm paying 350-400$ for my lines and I'm thinking to switch to ATT. They still offering for me to pay back my early termination and all devices payment charges

We "Traded up" to 2 new phones on June 17th 2021. I looked up our old phones on Verizon's "trade-in offer" and found my XR 128 gig was worth 579.99    My wife's S10e 128 gig was worth 680.99. With that in mind, I ALSO used my 45 dollar rewards to buy the IPhone Mini 128 gig and her Samsung S21 128 gig..... ( mine was 799 and hers was 749 ( it could be the other way around)  Anyway, I send BOTH PHONES back to Texas with their original boxes (yes we keep everything) and they were sent with screen protectors and the phones were VERY CLEAN  wen sent back. I was "offered' 300 for my XR which is WAY LOW for what my phone was originally offered  and NEVER heard about my wife's S10 at all. This leads me to believe we were taken advantage of by Verizon and the ONLY reason why we traded up was because we were moving and we lived in a NO TAX State.  We have had Verizon for almost 20 years now. I've spoken to 3 different Verizon Reps, nothing is coming to fruition with this sour deal.  My bill should have been about 114.00 with the "new trade-in money" but it's now about 151.00 We originally had a bill of 130.00 when we were paying on our old phones and now its MORE than we were originally paying. BTW after my phones were paid off, my bill would have been 101.xx
