very slow 4G in DC

the network is very slow in DC, I used to have 10 in download and 5 in upload, and today was just 1 in download and 0.6 in upload.

Is anybody experienced the same thing ?

maybe its all the press covering syria

does it happen in a specific spot/time of day? did you reboot a few times? maybe a tower is out
