My env2 isn't charging so I'm using my brothers old Rival, how do I switch my env2 with the Rival anad keep all the money on my account and my number?
First call Verizon Customer service at 1-888-294-6804 to make sure the Rival is compatable with verizon's service and they will tranfer your number over and whatever money is on your old phone.
