It is very annoying that always that I'm in the middle of a call; a voice of a woman interrupts my calls to give me the balance in my pre-paid service. Is there a way to remove this message from my service? Does anybody know how to do it?

It may be that the phone is set to remind you when your balance falls below a certain amount. Its usually $5.00, I have been on the phone for long lengths of time and have never had this happen. Check under Setting and Tools and sound or voice settings. Also notifications settings. There mights be somewhere that says "remind me"
Look under "Phone Controls" on the My Profile Page. If it is on high, you will receive mid call announcements
