For the second time this week I'm getting a announcement 24 stating that the call center be completed due to restrictions on this line or close to that message not able to place any calls at all and can assume can't receive calls either why is this happening

this happened to me also on sunday
earlier this morning I got a call from someone at your 800 922 0204 ( believe it is) rang a few times and got hung up on when I answered

carlene in chat wouldn't answer my question regarding this and at one point stated I can call you! uh...... really?????????????? I cant place any calls!
I don't know why this is happening or the cause but I shouldn't be getting this every few days
also on sunday there fix was with no answer or help otherwise was to refresh my settings or whatever it is which caused me to lose service ( again) was without service until Monday morning

I'm prepaid never had any family plan or anything other than prepaid I noticed few mention if plans you mentioned but didn't apply to me though it was something else caused it but nobody has explained it to me or know anything about it when I called did get a ticket made last week guess for this issue hopefully got fixed the problem causing it appreciate your help

Thanks for the reply I have not heard from anyone no call nothing when I inquire either in chat which are nothing more than bots no help at all when I call nobody knows anything still if I ask about the announcement message endless loop run around I don't have any family plan or restrictions setting so remaining a mystery as to the cause

I just was told in chat after I got your reply to inquire on the matter I was told the ticket last week I mentioned was not for this issue as I was led to believe but for a issue with the my verizon app while I appreciate that been fixed I still have no answer on this matter of announcement 24 stopping calls
