I understand if I use my mobile device on cruise ship and on land, I will get charged the TravelPass $10 (24 window) when making/receiving calls/texts. Does that include SMS & Voice calls, or is there add'l $ charge for voice & sms?

Travel Pass doesn't work on the cruise ship. You will be charged for the cruise ship rates.
