i have my aunts old number and i cant login to my account or check my vociemail because she doesnt remember her password and the account is locked so i need to reset my account but dont know how so anyone that can help me pls do

I got some GREAT news for you! You can have your mobile number changed, gain access to your account online, and keep the tenured status of the account in tact! The first task we would want to resolve is online access. Once you are able to login online at My Verizon then you can perform a mobile telephone number change online and it's absolutely free!
