Can't access prepay account since adding family line

I haven't been able to sign in since adding an additional line. I just get an error message that says, "We're having trouble connecting to My Prepay. Please try again later." And has been saying this for two weeks. I need to pay both lines soon but I have no access to my account. What is the problem? #IThelp
