Been on prepaid nearly 15 years. Suddenly every time I dial a number from contact list I get the message to reenter the number. Been in same location 2 years. Trouble only noticed after tornadoes hit Nashville. Never happened before.
I am old and cranky and I will quit Verizon soon if it doesn't get fixed.
