Do I need a currency converter or can I use an adapter to charge my LG phone in the UK?

I think auto-correct got you and you meant to say "current" converter. Anyway, look on the charger and if it says "110/220 volt", then all you need is the adapter. If it is 110 only, you'll need an adapter/converter.
