Don't know about minutes and dont' have games on my phone but when you are in the media store click the game you want and it will tell you what the prices are. For example it may say monthly subscription is $1.99 a month then under that it will say unlimited uses $6.99 so I think you pick one so can either pay monthly or just buy it one time for unlimited, that's how I read it. Each game varies on pricing. Also under all that says airtime or megabyte charges apply for sending and receiving data using get it now media feature depending on your plan so not sure if that factors in to prepaid or not. If you call verizon they can tell you exactly how it works for prepaid. Mary

Purchased two phones under 700 Family Plan for my two seven year old granddaughters. Beware of costs with Verizon games---my first bill was $484. I was not informed by Verizon sales person of the games plan and of the potential costs with downloading their games and useage. You can download same game several times and get charged for each download. Also, most cell phone companies offer games for free or minimum cost. I was unaware that games on all my phones is automatically included in their FAMILY PLANS. BEWARE!!!!

My thoughts exactly and if they didn't have a block on data can you imagine them getting on the net at per mb, would have been very costly. I can't imagine why anyone would buy 7yr. olds a phone and not block anything they can on it. Heck my son didn't have a cell until he was like 16 and even that was only prepaid for emergencies to call home from football practice. Mary
